Placing an Order

1.3 We reserve the right to reject any order. You will be notified via email if your order is cancelled. If payment has already been processed, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

2.4 Ownership and Risk: Ownership of the Products passes to you once full payment is received. Risk of damage or loss transfers to you once the Product is delivered to your address.

2.5 Final Sale Products: Certain Products may be marked as "Final Sale". These Products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where:

  • (a) The Product is faulty or damaged.
  • (b) A wrong Product was sent.
  • (c) The Product differs significantly from what was described on the Website.

Your rights under UK Consumer Law are unaffected by the "Final Sale" designation.

4.1 Discount Codes: We may offer promotional discount codes that can be applied during checkout. These codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order.

4.2 Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase. They are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can only be redeemed on our Website.
