Return/Exchange Period
We operate a 30-day return and exchange policy starting from the date your order is delivered to you.
Gifts: If you are buying a gift and need an extended return period, please contact us at the time of purchase to arrange this extension.
Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original, sellable condition.
Nutrition Products: Gels, bars, sachets, and supplements must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed nutrition products due to health and safety regulations.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: To start your return, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact our customer support team with your request and the reason for the return.
- Verify Condition: We will confirm the return is eligible.
- Pack Securely: Please pack the items securely in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include your name and order number somewhere inside the parcel.
- Ship the Item: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and sending us the tracking details once dispatched.

Refunds and Processing
Once we receive your item(s) back and verify they are in a sellable condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks/payment providers may take a few business days to complete the transaction.
Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will dispatch the new product as soon as the returned item is verified.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or sent in error (e.g., you received the wrong flavour), please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the postage or collection costs.
